Swimming, Running And Weights For Losing Weight?
hi, i have started doing swimming and then running every second day and lifting weights every night to try n get rid of some of the winter fat lol is this exercise plan very effective for losing the fat off my thighs? or am i doing it all wrong? ha ha please dont give me a cr^p answer!
Actually you have it sort of backwards. Running or swimming or any other form of cardio can be done every day. Resistance training should only be every other day ( 3 days a week). You should be doing some things like leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses in weight training. Full squats with weights are the best.
