I want to lose weight the old fashion way (no pills or anything else….just exercise). What exercise can I do to lose 40-50 pounds?

I would presume in the short term you will loose weight, be lethagic, grumpy and have bad breath from ketones. 400 calories is starvation and very unhealthful. I just started a diet, 3 days ago, and I’ve already lost 3 pounds. I would love to believe that I lost fat, but I know that it was just water weight. Can someone explain how this makes sense? It’s not like I stopped drinking, I’m just eating less.

I want her to start an *intense* weight loss program in the few weeks BEFORE the baby is born so it will be easier for her to lose all that fatty baggage much faster after the baby is born.
