Why Would One Stop Losing Weight After 9 Days Of Dieting?

my friend is on the master cleanse and after 9 days (lost 10lbs) she has remained the same 169lb for 3 days… anyone knows whats going on?

    the 10 pounds she lost was probably water weight. what is she doing now? is she eating right and exercising?

    Some weeks you loose weight and some you don’t, but usually when I found I’ve not lost weight I find that I’ve dropped an inch or two.
    I suggest unless she’s told to weigh herself often, take her measurements and weigh herself once a week because then its more rewarding and you can really see the change
