What Pills To Take For Major Losing Weight?

IM a fat *** and would like to lose weight fast when ever i work out i just get muscular its gross so I would like to look skinny!

    First of all, you’ll have to forget about “fast”. You didn’t get to be overweight in one night, so why expect the opposite to happen fast. Pills are not safe. Right combination of aerobic and anaerobic exersise and a proper eating habits will do the trick.

    I doubt you work out at all. I think you BELIEVE you will get muscular if you work out. Do cardio and very light weights with lots of repetitions. No one will build large muscles with this type of activity.
    Most pills are dangerous and some are just flat out ineffective and expensive. Some advertised on infommericals are simply no more than expensive fiber tablets. Others are dangerous stimulants.

    pills are dangerous like everyone says. I know it’s difficult. Persistance! I have gone from a size 14 to a size 8…and my goal is a 6. and I am 55 years old. But I can do it and so can you. God bless. <><

    I know you hate the criticism, but exercise is the best answer. Dont be discourage going to the gym (alot of people are because they feel that its only for “pretty people” or sumthin). You’ll actually be respected for losing wait at the gym then poppin pills. How do you think people lose weight in the first place?
    Nothing worth having never comes easy.

    Try the ones that make get off your butt and do some exercise. You don’t need to lift weights til you get huge to lose weight. Try some cardio.

    get up off your *** and do something better then complaining about how fat you are and how you need diet pills.
    try going on an actual diet or actually working out
