Losing Weight With Dietary Pills?
I am a 17, 5′9″, and currently 154lb (about 19% body fat) male. I want to lose some fat and was wondering about the diet pills like Hydroxicut or whatever. What risks are there and what should i know about these pills before i take them?
I have tried exercise and everything but i barely find the time to keep a consistent program going for more than a couple of days.
Also if anyone knows a better solution, like drinks that help you lose weight and have actually tried them to make sure they are not just a hoax then feel free.
pleasepleaseplease dont use diet pills
they are extremely unhealthy
they can cause your body so much harm bc they make you lose weight to fast and could stop your heart
you get rid of your extra pounds just set out 30 to 60 mins a day to do some sit ups and push ups
and do some running
also watch what you eat
and focus on PROTEIN to build muscle
CARBS to have a good recovery
and DAIRY to help with muscle growth and recovery aswell
if they worked no one would be on here asking questions if you have no exercise time look at the diet, that said any exercise a week would help program does not have to be say 3 times a week on the same days and time just a certain amount of time per week my advice is to ignore the pills and besides they are all diuretics and no good for you
Try this E-book it has alot of good stuff in it and it’s free. It helped me alot hope it help’s you.

Dietary pills don’t work. Try working out instead. And eat healthier food too. Drink lots of water. Also get a general checkup at the doctor.
maybe see dr or use phentermine or get dr to prescribe that
have you ever thought about replacement food suppliments?i use herbalite, its a milkshake i have instead of meals twice aday an you take it with vitamins.why dont you look it up an see what you think? ive been onit for nearly 2 months an ive lost a stone, but i am over weight so would lose faster than an average size person, size 16 now 14.i wouldnt dream of dietary pills myself as id be too worried about side effects etc, but the milkshake suppliements are sold in normal shops like hollands an barrats so that in itself makes me feel more secure about it.anyway good luck an be safe!!if you do go for the pills id suggest readong as many reviews online as you can,. an not reviews that are on the website of the company you buying them from coz ofcause they are going to be postive, try a website like ciao they have normal reviews from every day people that have nothing to gain from lieing!
So I’ll tell you what I know about the pills – I tried a lot and none worked. I tried garcinia extract, chrome, hitosan, pinapple, l-carnitine and etc. none worked. I heard that some work but they make you very aggitated (coffein and other things like that). some prevent fat from being absorbed but effective ones are very expensive and if you don’t eat too much fat they won’t help. sweets will still count… also you can try slimming creams but I tried Vichy and it never worked. there are masks with chilli pepper extract, they work but burn like hell. better go to a salon and get a massage if you can afford. it helps a bit. also you can try to buy some things to massage yourself at home – automatic or not. choose what you like but those pills I tried never worked. so I started running and dieting and was surprised why did I loose so many money on all those things which never work. I also heard that lexative tea works but I tried one and it wasn’t nice to hear all that sounds in my stomach, it was really upset and you fart a lot with them. sorry, no good news for you…
you can try my plan if you want – I eat what I like but in small quantities. never too much. that helps. also try to find a sport you like, like learn to dance sexy(belly dancing, latina…) or buy roller skates and so on. may be just go home by foot, that helps too.
