It doesn’t matter how hard you worked. You can’t just lose weight quickly.
You can try to lose water weight, but that will come back easily.
My advice is to work hard to become healthier, not to lose weight.

well it all depends, to lose a pound a day , you have to work off everything you eat in that day. for example , say you eat 1000 calories that day, then to lose that pound for the day, you would have to work off 1000 calories. To lose more than a pound, you have to work off more than you ate, so another example, to lose two pounds you would have to work out to lose 2000 calories which would put you at losing two pounds,……and so on. Honesty though, it just depends on your body and the way it decides to lose it. If you are larger , you will lose it quickly, but if you are average and just feel like u need to lose weight, then it will take longer. Hope this helps.

we cant really tell u how much weight u will lose because everybody’s body is different. Ideally, on a diet and exercise routine, 1-2 lbs is the average for one week….not very noticeable. Make sure that you are doing this for a LIFE change, not just too look good at the beach for the weekend and then going back to unhealthy foods. Im not a skinny/muscular guy but am going to be working on a few changes to my diet and exercise from now on.
    good luck nonetheless.

1 – 2 pounds if you try really hard and don’t starve yourself.
You’ll need to eat a balanced diet consisting of at least 1200 calories. Anything less could cause your body to start storing more fat.
