Can Anyone Recommend A Weight Losing Pill That Is Safe?

I know there is no magic pill but is there anything that would help with proper excerise and diet? I just need something to jump start me. I have been going to the gym and I am not seeing any difference or weight loss.

I used adipex when I wanted to drop weight for my wedding. It’s prescribed. My pal is a doctor so that’s how I got it. A lot of DR won’t RX if you aren’t obese, go Dr shopping for one that will I was lucky to have a friend. (Don’t buy it offline w/out RX, you’ll get arrested no matter what the website says-ask my friend Debbie-lol) I could only take 1/2 a pill b/c it made my heart beat too fast but I wasn’t hungry for anything. I drank water like crazy and hit the gym at 5 am every morning before work(not fun) I looked fabulous! (I need to start again (since March 25th I stopped) because I’ve gotten a little lazy and my pants are getting tight-lol) Oh and the week of the wedding and the week before pics down lasix to get rid of water weight

I have had great results with an all natural product called Isagenix.
This product is only available by distributor.

I tried a pill called “Reductil”… It’s a diet pill in a way, but it’s not as harsh or dangerous as some… Basically, it’s an appetite suppresor, and if you take it with meals, you usually feel full way sooner and can therefore eat less.
It shouldn’t be used to skip meals, but it can help those annoying attacks of the munchies that I used to get when dieting previously!
It has worked for me so far, and as it was prescribed my the doctor, there’s somebody there to monitor things and make sure it’s going as it should…
    Good luck!

My mother tried all sort of stuff (including pills) and nothing worked.
    She lost weight by:
    - not drinking Coke
    - doing exercises (try to walk at least 30 min a day)
    - eating less
    - eating slowly
    - no sweets
    Stay fit!
    Cheers!

I would not recommend any diet pill.

The gym burns few calories, you won’t get weight loss that way.
Any of the diet pills “work”. None are safe. All prescription diet pills work by affecting your central nervous system and that’s serious business. They also affect your liver & heart.
Ask your doctor for a prescription. Keep in mind that diet pills only reduce your appetite. If you don’t change your food choices you’ll gain the weight back. If you can CAN change your food choices, then do that now and skip the diet pills.
Or, you can pick a thermogenic diet like Kimkins that burns more calories than a regular diet which is why our members lose so fast.

I really don’t believe in using pills. Proper diet and exercise maybe harder and older but heathier and more reliable.
