I’m trying to lose weight by running 2-3 times a week, but everytime I can only run like 1.5 miles (about half hour), should I go for 3 miles or so? ALSO, What is the best RUNNING plan? (how many times a week and how many miles every time?) THANKS!

I’ve been jogging at a 4.5 pace 5days a week for 35min and walking for 30min. I hate dieting. Will I be able to lose weight just by doing this over time?

For example, i have heard that while running on the track, if you want to lose weight it is best to sprint the straightaways and walk the curves? Is this true? Any additional tips?

I’m going on a date with a guy I’ve never met before, but I’m quite fat so want to look slimmer for him.
My main problems are my thighs and stomach.
I know dieting and what-not, but there’s not going to be a remarkable difference in 5 days…
Any ideas?
