    The most important thing is to eat as little as possible during these 5 days. But don’t exaggerate. You need energy.
    Drink water and do sports.
    Walk around, take a walk to the city and back. Avoid using a car. Walk as much as you can. Drink water. Eat vegetables and fruits.
    And you will lose I think at least 6 pounds, it could be more.
    The most important thing is to eat less than you need to hold your weight. Replace all the fatty food with vegetables and fruits.

    first, have salad- or something healthy.
    second, exercise at least 60-75 mins.
    when you get hungry, don’t eat junk food. Have something like fruit or something healthy. hope this will help you

    yes, u can also do 100 situps a day, and u will notice a quick half of pounds lost overnight and drinking lots lots of water

    Drink weight reduction tea, in addition to excercizing. Depending where you live from your place of work, you could just drink slimfast for lunch and walk home, after work.

    One or two pounds is healthy enough. Lose weight gradually and it will be easier to keep off.
