Are Diet Pills A Good Alternative For Losing Weight?

I would like to know if they work good for losing weight and do you know any good healthy brands that can do it.

Be careful with diet pills–I’ve had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it’s been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I’ve lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

Acai Berry has another important advantage its benefits does not get diminished when preserved. Its strong anti oxidants retain their benefits and can still be very advantageous to the body.
    . Stimulates Weight Loss
    . Boosts Metabolism
    . Boosts Energy Levels
    . Reduces/Eliminates Constipation/Gas
    . Reduces/Eliminates Bloating/Fatigue
I’ve personally started using this in my regimen and so far have had much greater success without the health-risk that most diet pills come with.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )

There is no “healthy” diet pill to take. They all help you lose weight in an unhealthy fashion, and when you’re done taking them you put the weight back on. Here is a natural solution that my friend lost 101 lbs. and has kept it off by following the information she has learned.http://www.freelosewieghtnow.com

NO NO NO….do not take drugs to lose weight..ever…You are overweight because of your own over eating and poor exercise habits. Examine your diet and write every thing you put in your mouth for 3 days…you will be surprised
