    ok… you need to try Trim-Spa, those big red pills. but you actually have to use them logically. they are lower your appitite (craving) for food. so what i do is i’ll take 2 pills in the morning and then around 12-1pm i’ll have something small, watch the fat! small but nutirious. then another pill. so around 5-6pm you can have another snack.
    and remember to drink a load of fluids during the whole day. and exercise is always a must. i’m on trimspa, and i’ve lost about 20 pounds so far, it’s been about 2-3 months since i first started to take them. any other questions let me know. good luck!
