When People Go On “diets” And Lose Weight, Why Are They Surprised When They Go Off It?
I hear/read about people who trash diets because they gain their weight back, but isn’t that logical? If a diet tells you to eat 2000 cal/day you WILL lose weight, if you go back on 5000 cal/day you will gain weight. Which part of that do people not understand?
