Question About “diets” And Losing “water Weight” Plz Answer?
I was wondering If every time we go on a diet, and we only lose “Water Weight” and gain it back as most people say…Then does this mean every single time I go on a diet and lose another 5-10pounds each time its still only water weight? Then how come this person looks skinnier and lost over 25pounds from diets? Is it ALL water weight??
This goes for all Quick-Loss diets.
I’m sure its not only water-weight!
Well, diets aren’t as healthy as exercising… because diets just try 2 ELIMINATE fat… but exercising make fat CONVERT to muscle, which is much better!
So even though some of it for sure is water-weight, ur still losing some fat..
whichever road you choose to take.

Get your body fat tested or take measurements to make sure that it more than just water weight that you are losing.
