When Losing Weight/dieting, Do You Find This Too … ?
I know you shouldn’t weigh yourself every day, but when I do it goes like this: number on scales stays the same for several days, then sudden drop of a couple of pounds, then stays the same again for days … and so on. Anyone else?
Yep! Ive had that happen to me too.
Actully mine goes…..stay the same for a couple of days, gain 2 pounds one day and then stay the same for a couple of days and then loose 3 pounds another day. I think it just takes time for your body to get used to the dieting.
I’ve deciding not to even look at the scale anymore, I just go by how I look and how my clothes are fitting.
yeah mine does too or it goes up a bit and then back down. I only count my weight once a week but I do weigh myself daily just to kinda keep tabs on it.
