What Is Better For Losing Weight, Running On Treadmill Or Elliptical Machine?

I have found that erging works very well. It works every muscel in your body. The only problem is, its very expenceive to buy one but the website has a list of health clubs in w/e area owns one.     do both. mixing it up causes your body to have to work harder than if you just did one all the time.

    start with 20-30 minutes work up to 90 minutes a day

    ELLIPSE! it burns waaayy more calories than a tredmill does. and its less work on your joints too.

    Not to be flippant, but the best machine is the one that you are comfortable with and will use on a consistant schedule. Although it is good to mix it up, over a month or so your body will get used to the mechanics of particular machine and the benefits slowly taper off. If you go to a gym use a different machine each visit. If you’relooking of buying a home model go for the elliptical because you can always run outside. I prefer the stairstepper machines about 4-5 times a week but I will work in an hour on the elliptical at least once a week.

    From personal experience, the eliptical burns far more calories per the same amount of time when compared to treadmill. However, I dont like the eliptical cause for one things, its not a natural way for your body to move, and it also doesnt help you get better at anything, whereas a treadmill helps with walking and running.
