fruits and vegetables only ,for 5 days…works like a charm
breakfast – have a fruit plate
lunch- carrots and celery, raisins
dinner- vegetable soup or salad
Well sence you want to lose weight and do nothing dangerous i geuss i got some preety good ideas.Well before i tell you this might take a coulple of weeks.So all you have to do is eat healthy and exercise for abo 30 min.to about 1 hr
each day.

I wish there was a way but if it were that easy we’d all be skinny.
The only real way to lose weight is diet and exercise. Don’t trust all those miracle diets you see on tv they don’t work. And if you do lose weight it’ll be water weight which you’ll just put back on as soon as you stop taking it.

The fact that you are at a healthy weight makes this even harder. You could loose that amount of water weight fairly easily. A crash diet would work,, and it should be ’safe’. If you were nice and overweight you could exercise like crazy to consume some of the fat.. but that does NOT work if you are not fat. Lol,, you could even gain weight (muscle).
Drink Slim Fast and that’s it. It’s really thick so it makes you full with one can8]]
You really have to work hard on losing weight, it takes a while to lose that much. But you can still work at it by going on jogs in the morning and going to the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week.
Try some cascara sagrada; it’s a natural laxative.
the most you will lose is 2 bs, drink lots of water eat properly, don’t starve yourself because whatever fat your body has it will use it !! so you won’t lose weight. eat a good full breakfast, a healthly snack b4 lunch, then supper!! veggies and fruit you can eat lots of, diets don’t work, u just have to eat healthy!!

losing weight in 5 days isn’t very healthy.
the healthy amount of weight lose is about 1 or 2 pounds per week. if you’re losing it from exercising.
try to exercise more.
and eat healthier.
replace drinks with water.
and cut down on the calories so when you exercise you burn more than you take in.
but make sure you eat all 3 meals a day or else your metabolism willl slow down and your body will hold food instead of convert it to energy.
