I have lost 30 pounds by dieting and running. My skin is firm and not flabby. I have lost weight all over my body.
I only run. I can’t seem to get into anything else.
So the answer is No, running wont lead to flabby skin (from my experience).

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.
Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it’s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

Flabby skin due to running? How big are you? Is your skin already stretched out?? If so then yeah you will have some excess skin when you lose weight. If you meant flabby as in muscle tone, then yeah. You need to do strength training at least 2 times a week. When you do cardio you lose weight according to how your body sees fit. You will lose fat from your whole body no matter what you do but keep in mind its up to your body to determine where it takes the fat from. It could be your arms that lose inches then the next week you notice your legs getting smaller. Hope you get what Im saying

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain.
