    Lots of salads, boiled chicken breasts, fresh fruits and veggies… lots of exercise too :)

    Check out the new 5-4-3-2-1 diet plan. You’ll find it under “diet plans” on the website below. It’s perfect for five days! Just make sure that you eat nutritious foods to keep your metabolism working! Drink plenty of water to keep your system flushed out. Don’t drink sodas for five days-even diet. Don’t use any salt for five days or eat high-sodium foods. Exercise one hour a day. It doesn’t really matter what you do as long as you’re moving! Good luck!

    In just 5 days?
    Well, it’ll be hard. Try to just drink water or juice and make some exercise.
    (I heard it works, but it’s crazy!!!)
    If you have a week it would be easier. You can loose 1 or 2kg in one week if you get on diet…

    If you want to lose a few pounds in five days your going to have to run a marathon. Weight loss isn’t exactly a spur of the moment sort of thing.

    Jog for like 1 mile a day.
    You should lose abotu 1 lb.
