Lots of salads, boiled chicken breasts, fresh fruits and veggies… lots of exercise too

Well, it’ll be hard. Try to just drink water or juice and make some exercise.
(I heard it works, but it’s crazy!!!)
If you have a week it would be easier. You can loose 1 or 2kg in one week if you get on diet…
If you want to lose a few pounds in five days your going to have to run a marathon. Weight loss isn’t exactly a spur of the moment sort of thing.
