I do at least 30 minutes on an eliptical 5 days per week and I lift weights at least 3 days per week. Is that enough to lose weight? I also take a 30 minute walk on the days I don’t go to the gym…but should I really be working out every day?

I hear/read about people who trash diets because they gain their weight back, but isn’t that logical? If a diet tells you to eat 2000 cal/day you WILL lose weight, if you go back on 5000 cal/day you will gain weight. Which part of that do people not understand?
