To Achive In 5 Days, Lose Weight/tone Up, Nice Hair, Nails, Skin. Help, Please!?

i’m going to this party soon, and i’m always the ugly, fat, gross person, so i want to make everyone’s mouth drop and for them to be like, “oh she looks so nice.” can anyone give me an tips how to lose weight/tone up in 5 days, what the eat, excerise ect. i don’t have much time for excerise though because of school but i do have an hour of dance and hockey once each though this week, and walking to my bus twice a day. how can i get nice shoulders/arms/legs aswell, and make my hands look nice because my nails are always jaggaed and my cuticals torn. plus how can i get shiny hair and smooth skin. i always have soft skin but it has loads of lumps and bumps. help, please!

    1) lose weight = losing weight is time consuming, I don’t know how much to you expect to lose in 5 days, but cardiovascular exercises are the best to lose weight.(Running, Swimming, Cycling, Using Sauna / Steam Bath) Please don’t do any strenous exercise if you have any heart condition, or are excessively overweight. If you aren’t then this will apply to you. Second, Diet = keep it light, full of greens / salads/ fruits and eat multiple small meals during the day instead of 3.
    2) hair and nails = go to a beautician / stylist
    3) skin = seek advice of dermatologist as he/she would be best suited to work with your skin type and or any pathology.

    don’t eat salty foods (makes u bloat) give up on soda for a while, ……to tone, just do a little exercise everyday
    rub olive oil on ur cuticles to soften nails, paint them too…clear gives a nice fresh look sometimes…..
    wash ur hair with a water bottle the shower u take b4 the party. it has nutrients so it should help ur hair

    okay so
    first thing unfortunately 5 days is really not a lot of time
    in any case
    about the weight
    all you can really do in 5 days is a LOT of cardio activity and eat very very healthy. do not crash diet because it’s dangerously unhealthy, but make sure to limit your cabs, or at least to only eat healthy ones. (like whole weat grains).
    have lots of fiber and water. green tea in the evening does a lot to detox and digest. also, stop eating 3 hours before going to bed. have good breakfasts, healthy lunches and no over eating at dinner (but im sure you’ve heard that before).
    for the exercise try to spare a half hour every day for running. it does miracles. alternate sprints with jogs so you get your heart rate up. then when watching tv or listening to music work on abs and arms to tone a little bit even though im not sure what 5 days can do.
    for the party pick a nice outfit that impresses but isn’t loud and out there. mature styles usually work nice when you want to catch people’s attentions.
    for your hair wash your hair with a lot of shampoo 2 nights before the party and the night before just soak it in conditioner and then leave some shine product in it.
    for the skin what you eat can have some effect. see if you can cut chocolat after breakfast. definetely avoid fried foods. use cucumber cream especially under the eyes and there are some good creams that you can even find in CVS as long as you read the labels well and pick right.
    then your nails.. do not bite the cuticals and if its really hard to (especially on the thumbs i find it worse) use a bandaid for those days and when you take it off your cuticals will be fine. file your nails the night before and if you want colour, use some colour if not just a protective shine (transparent) will do nice. or just go for a manicure…

    you can’t exactly lose weight in 5 days. just eat healthy, real healthy, your skin will glow if you take a good amount of fruits and veggies. get at least 9 hours of sleep a night. treat yourself with a manicure for those hands! drink lots of water.
