You don’t need to be losing weight!! haha your skinny!!
Most of the time, people are losing weight, but are gaining muscle (which is heavier than fat) because of all the training they are doing. (so it is normal for people to gain weight while running)
Also, you have to be running for at least 30 mins before you start losing weight. don’t eat anything before you run, because you will burn off those calories before you burn off your fat cells.
Good Luck!
Maybe because you are eating wrong. If you are eating 3 large meals throughout the day your body will not let go of those meals, which makes you heavy. If you eat smaller meals throughout the day your metabolism will speed up and your weight will move down to a healthy one. Or you could run more often.
Eat small portioned meals every 3 or four hours. Eat healthy, keep exercising. Make sure you you burn off more calories a day than you take in. Keep a picture of a hot girl thats slender on your mirror so you can have a goal. Weight lifting can help you loose fat and get toned muscles.
Muscle weighs more than fat. Since you’re gaining muscle, you might notice that you weigh more, but that’s good. Muscle is also more compact than fat, so even though you’ll weigh more, you’ll also look good because the muscle is not a ’spacy’ as fat.
i am the same way! i’m 5′5”, 115 lbs, female, and 13 years old. i was wondering the same thing since i run long distance three days a week – about a five to 6 mile run each time. but i wasn’t losing weight – i was gaining. i asked my doctor and she said that muscle weighs more then fat. so don’t worry! also, if you want to lose weight, eat six small meals instead of 3 big ones.
Your are most likely gaining muscle. Muscles is heavier than fat. It will take awhile to actually “lose” weight. I weighed 130 during track season and didn’t actually lose wait till a few months in. Now i’m down to 120.
Maybe your gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
You do not need to lose any weight, by the way. I’m 5′ 4” and weight about 110, but I’m 13. Don’t worry.
