In the old days if you didn’t have something you saved up for it which took time but when you eventually got what you wanted you appriciated it. I knew that I was overweight, so i lost about 10 pounds in six days or so. I don’t have an eating disorder, because I can start eating again whenever I want, and will feel okay about it. The only thing is that after losing a significant amount of weight in such a short period of time, my periods have become really, really irregular and heavy. Is this a result of not eating?
